 Boosting the cultural action within the Moroccan Diaspora |  The Royal borough of Kensington and Chelsea provides a re-ablement service to people in their homes for up to 6 weeks. Personal care and support is provided to people who have recently been discharged from hospital or rehabilitation. |  We give grants to benefit children and young people up to the age of 25 who live in nine boroughs in North and West London. Since 1991, the Charity has distributed over £100 million to a range of organisations that seek to promote the life-chances of children and young people through education. |  Our vision is of a Borough where no one is held back by lack of opportunity, where local people, schools and businesses work together to strengthen our community. |

The Council, police and partners in the Safer K&C Partnership work together to reduce crime, antisocial behaviour and increase feelings of safety among residents, businesses and visitors. |
